I have been making a lot of different stuff since I came home from the Gathering, these are the latest. A fellow trivia player asked if I could make a cross for her sister who is very religious, so I tried making a couple in reducing silver glass & this is what I came up with. She liked them & ended up buying both, looks like I should try making some more! Laying them half down for the photos gives the best pic of the oil slick colours.

Had a great trip to the US to The Gathering, now to set up my new torch, make some beads & shells using my new glass (boro) & get everything listed in my Etsy shop so I can sell it!

Another one of my beads made into a beautiful piece of jewellery by a very talented jewellery designer. This time it was one of my bird beads used by the lovely Jayne Boynton of Ooak Indulgence & made into a gorgeous necklace. It's lovely to see my beads being used by others & to peek at what they have made from them :) .

Just before Christmas, a lovely lady named Elana from Wicked Weaves bought one of my tree beads & told me she had an idea incorporating my bead & chainmaille. Here is what she did with my bead, I think she did a fabulous job, don't you?

Hi everyone, hope you all had a great Christmas & New Year, I know ours was very busy with lots of visitors. Christmas day was at our house & the whole extended family came for the day, it was lovely to have everyone here. After a break over Cristmas, the boys went back to school the week before last & finally I can get back into my lampworking & jewellery making. I still have a couple of custom jewellery orders to finish from before Christmas but I should be back in full swing in the next week, so make sure you pop back here to my blog to see what's coming out of the kiln & check out my Etsy store for new stock of beads & jewellery.
